Chalet Sassun offers 48 m² of cozy retreat for 2 to 4 people. It is located in a tastefully furnished building and features new spruce wood furniture that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern furnishings and practical layout ensure a comfortable living experience. Enjoy the charm of the homely kitchen and the quiet location with views of the surrounding landscape.

Conditions

The minimum stay varies depending on season and is at least 4 nights.
The local tax of 2.40 euros per person per night is not included in the price - children under 14 are exempt.
Payment: You can pay for your stay either by bank transfer or in cash
Children discount: Free for children under 2 years old.
Booking confirmation: The booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
Check-in is possible from 3 PM.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 AM.
Our Chalet is a non-smoking house.Smoking is only permitted outside, for example on the balcony. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 90 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without a cancellation fee; only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations by the guest between 90 and 30 days before the arrival date, 40% of the agreed total price will be charged. Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date incurs a 70% charge, and cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date incurs a 90% charge of the agreed total price.
In case of a guest's no-show or early departure, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot start your vacation.
